Zach erickson

Vice President, Director of Finance

Zach Erickson joined Hall-Erickson in 2016 on the sales team in support of both exhibit and sponsorship sales.  His background in corporate sales makes him uniquely qualified to design sales and marketing programs for our clients, while also serving as a Show Director in managing operations and event logistics. More recently, Zach was named the Director of Finance to oversee the efficient and successful delivery of all services to our clients.

Angela Chybik

CEM, Director of Sales

Angela Chybik joined Hall-Erickson in 2004 and has over 25 years of experience in the exhibition industry including exhibitor participation and international operations. She has advanced through the Sales Team and held the positions of Sales Executive and Sales Account Manager, prior to her current role as Director of Sales. She continues to examine and improve the Hall-Erickson sales process by implementing the best methods for effective lead and revenue generation.

Paul Graller

Senior Vice President

Paul Graller

Paul Graller joined Hall-Erickson in 1990 and is one of the few top-level exhibition industry managers with experience managing a convention services department, general contractor regional office, non-profit association annual meeting, and private trade show and conference organizations. This multi-faceted background gives Paul the ability to develop partnerships and action plans for events that integrate all viewpoints to achieve specific goals. While at Hall-Erickson, he has managed a number of “Top 200” trade shows and conferences, bringing his broad understanding of the budgetary differences and allocation of resources that must be balanced in both the for-profit and non-profit marketplace.

Dave Weil

CAE, Vice President

Dave Weil joined Hall-Erickson in 2021 and has over 32 years of experience in trade show, conference, and event management in multiple industries including technology, healthcare, and engineering. Dave served on the International Association of Exposition and Events (IAEE) International Board of Directors from 2008 – 2013 and has also served on a variety of committees for our industry organizations. Dave has also received his CAE from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). He has been published in a variety of hospitality articles and has participated as a speaker at a variety of industry events.

Mary Oberman

Director of Exhibit Operations

Mary Oberman joined Hall-Erickson in 1999, served as a Project Manager for over 20 years, and was recently named Director of Exhibit Operations where she oversees the team of Project Managers. Mary has extensive experience supporting many of our clients in various roles, including managing exhibitor communications, sponsorship fulfillment, event logistics and operations, website maintenance, and supporting conference management and virtual events. Mary started her career in the exhibition industry as an Exhibits Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS, and as an Account Executive with GES.

Pete erickson


Pete Erickson joined Hall-Erickson in 1979 and has overseen the steady growth of Hall-Erickson for the last 40 years by partnering with industry-leading associations and publications that see HEI’s contribution as an integral part of their event’s success. His focus on understanding the goals of clients first, and then designing a program of services to achieve those goals, has resulted in a consistent record of success for the events we manage and continued growth for our organization.

Tina Vickery

Director of Conference Services

Tina Vickery joined Hall-Erickson in 1992 and has served as Meeting Planner, Speaker Coordinator, and Conference Manager, prior to her current role as Director of Conference Services. Tina oversees the management of client conference programs, including the review of contractor agreements, client budget projections, and onsite operations. She develops and distributes the event specs resume and works onsite to supervise all conference management operations and temporary staff. She is also a CadmiumCD “Super User” and presented a Flash Talk at CadCon in 2022.

Chrissy Petracek

Director of Exhibitor Services/Technology

Chrissy Petracek joined Hall-Erickson in 1992 and has extensive experience in exhibitor database development, exhibitor and conference registration processes, exhibit floor plan development, onsite space selection procedures, and a variety of onsite production responsibilities. In her role as Director of Technology, Chrissy supports the exhibition management software environment used to manage the exhibitor database for every client account. Chrissy has worked closely with Momentus (previously Ungerboeck) Software for more than 20 years to develop the current USI software package that is state-of-the-art for the exhibition industry. 

Mike Zeil

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Mike Weil joined Hall-Erickson in 1990 and oversees our clients’ success. Mike’s job is to see that Hall-Erickson quickly transforms any client challenge into a problem solved. His extensive background allows him to help clients make the most impact with limited budgets to enhance the organization’s image and value to members. He has managed events from show launches to “Top 200” trade shows, and is driven by his desire for long-term client success through working to consistently deliver customized strategic solutions.
