  • Prepare a master events schedule, which is a detailed specification document for the convention center HQ hotels and vendors
  • Manage all conference receptions
  • Manage shuttle buses
  • Manage registration process
  • Develop a sign plan and prepare sign copy
  • Manage session submission process
  • Manage speakers and collect promotional materials
  • Reconcile final bills
  • Oversee all onsite operations
