Hall-Erickson is proud to be associated with organizations that are each leaders in their respective fields. Our involvement with these expositions has resulted in a steady record of growth for each of our clients.
Following is a brief overview of some of our clients.
ACFAS
The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons utilizes Hall-Erickson for exhibit and sponsorship sales and management for the ACFAS Scientific Conference. The conference attracts 2000+ foot and ankle surgeons and attracts leading podiatric companies to the event.
The Exhibit Hall features leading companies in orthopedic devices, implants, pharmaceuticals, orthoses, and medical technology and software companies to the show. ACFAS scientific conference is the largest gathering of foot and ankle surgeons and primary care podiatric medicine physicians.
AHMA-NCH
The 2023 Northern California Facilities & Property Management Expo is a 2-day exposition providing easy access to a wide range of equipment, products, and services needed by the owners, operators, and agents for the buildings, facilities, and property management companies of Northern California. Our goal is to connect those with purchasing authority or influence with local and national manufacturers, service providers, and distributors for effective business-to-business communication.
Alzheimer's Association
Hall-Erickson was hired in 2013 to provide exhibit sales and management for AAIC: the Alzheimer's Association International Conference, a leading international medical meeting. AAIC is the largest conference in the world on dementia care and neuroscience research, attracting more than 5,000 scientific researchers, medical professionals, and care providers.
The Exhibit Hall features the leading pharmaceutical companies, imaging/optical instrument providers, laboratory equipment suppliers, and more.
American Historical Association
Hall-Erickson, Inc. was hired to manage the Annual Meeting Exhibits in 2015. Since 1884, the American Historical Association annual meeting has been the premier gathering for historians to come together to share research and professional development, and to network with other scholars from across the world. The Exhibit Hall is a major attraction at the annual meeting, bringing avenues for publishing and new tools for scholarship to more than 4,000 history professionals.
American Library Association (ALA)
The American Library Association called on Hall-Erickson in 1996 to manage their exhibit sales program and streamline the operations of their two major industry expositions. Through Hall-Erickson’s sales efforts, the Annual Conference & Exhibition has increased in size to more than 750 companies and 140,000 net square feet of exhibit space. The Midwinter Meeting and Exhibits has also grown to include 500 companies in 95,000 net square feet of exhibit space. The ALA Annual Conference is the world’s largest library industry event.
American Society of Safety Engineers
Hall-Erickson has managed the American Society of Safety Professionals Exposition since its inception in 1984. 600 exhibitors reserve 100,000+ net square feet for this annual event. The exhibitors include manufacturers and suppliers of safety equipment and health products.
CLA
Hall-Erickson is involved in the sales and management of the California Library Association’s exposition and conference. CLA provides leadership for the development, promotion and improvement of library services, librarianship and the library community.
Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition
One of the nation's fastest growing events, the Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition - CVPR - considers a wide range of topics related to computer vision and pattern recognition. The tremendous growth of the conference is related to the interest of the audience in machine learning, self-driving cars, image based retrieval, autonomous robotics and other topics relating to extracting structures or answers from images or video or applying mathematical methods to data to extract or recognize patterns. Attracting over 5,000 conference attendees, CVPR is the largest annual event focused exclusively on computer vision and pattern recognition.
DAC
Design Automation Conference is the premier conference devoted to the design and automation of electronic systems, embedded systems and software, and intellectual property. Hall-Erickson manages the Exhibits where hundreds of the finest vendors of design automation tools and IP annually gather during this industry-leading event.
EMC+SIPI
Hall Erickson was hired in 2021 by IEEE to manage the electromagnetic compatibility, signal & power integrity show which brings together the world top researchers and industry-leading companies to the show. Historically the conference has been the place where new developments in the field are first presented and shared with the industry.
The Exhibit Hall features products and services for companies in industry, government, and academia. The products and services provide new innovations and solutions for engineers in a variety of industries like automotive, aerospace, EMC and Signal Power Integrity. The show attracts a worldwide audience and is seen as the place to share the latest innovations.
EXHIBITOR Show
Hall-Erickson has managed the EXHIBITORLIVE since its inception in 1989. EXHIBITORLIVE targets the suppliers of products and services used in the production of corporate exhibit and event programs. This annual event is the world’s leading educational conference and exposition for corporate exhibit and event managers and their exhibit and event marketing programs.
ICRA
ICRA is the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society’s flagship conference and the premier international event for robotics researchers. 4,000 professionals come to ICRA from academia and industry where they are hard at work in developing the next generation of novel algorithms, experimental and commercial robotics, and intelligent systems products and services.
IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing
The IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) offers unapparelled exposure and attracts students, professors, researchers and engineers to the world’s largest and most comprehensive technical conference focused on signal processing and its applications. This is the world’s leading event to foster innovation and entrepreneurship, and network with the brightest minds in academia and industry in the field of signal processing.
IEEE International Conference on Image Processing
The IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP) is the world’s largest and most comprehensive technical conference focused on image and video processing and computer vision. IEEE ICIP is where industry executives with diverse experience and activity and researchers in distinct areas discuss the development of emerging and next-generation in terms of technologies, applications. The event annually showcases world-class plenary speakers, tutorials, exhibits, special sessions ,and industry sessions.
International Conference on Computer Vision
The International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV) is the premier international computer vision event sponsored by the Computer Vision Foundation and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. It attracts students, academics and industry researchers focused on computer vision.
Materials Research Society
The Materials Research Society (MRS) is an organization of materials researchers worldwide that promotes communication for the advancement of interdisciplinary materials research and technology to improve the quality of life.
MINExpo International
Since taking over exhibit sales in 1997, MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® has grown to over 860,000 net square feet of exhibit space with nearly 2,000 companies participating. Held every four years, the 2016 event was the 15th largest event (by sq.ft.) in the U.S. This event attracts the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of technology, equipment, products and services related to the mining and minerals processing industry.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS(R)
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is one of the nation’s largest trade associations with over 1.3 million members who are real estate professionals in over 125,000 offices nationwide. Hall-Erickson took over exposition management responsibilities in 2002 for both the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo and the REALTORS® Conference & Expo and is responsible for exhibit, advertising and sponsorship sales and management.
NFBA Frame Building Expo
NFBA Frame Building Expo is the premier annual event for more than 1,000 post-frame professionals, featuring an expansive list of exhibitors ready to demonstrate the newest innovations, along with educational sessions led by deeply invested presenters and industry leaders.
SC
In 2002 Hall-Erickson was selected to manage the SC Exhibits. SC brings together the leaders in high performance computing, networking, storage and analysis to debut the research and innovation that will open the door to new scientific and economic opportunities. The Exhibits annually attract more than 350 exhibitors occupying more than 150,000 of net square feet of exhibit space.
